As parents passionate about nourishing our own family, we at Flying Fillet dedicate ourselves to serving up exceptional food experiences that celebrate quality, flavour, and togetherness.
All of our dishes are made from scratch with super fresh ingredients from responsible suppliers. Pulling recipe inspiration from my Wife's rich heritage, spanning from Northern Ireland and USA.
Specialising in delectable chicken wings and savoury beef fillet steak, we extend our love for family meals to the world, sharing our culinary creations with the hope of spreading joy and connection, one delicious bite at a time.

Ky’s passion for cooking has always been at the heart of everything we do. From spending hours watching cooking shows to preparing feasts for our family gatherings, she’s happiest when she’s in the kitchen.
Drawing inspiration from her American and Northern Irish heritage, Ky has crafted every single recipe on our menu, perfecting each dish to ensure it’s the most delicious and well-balanced it can be.
Now, while Ky focuses on wrangling our ever growing family and creating new recipes; my events team and myself, bring her incredible dishes to life at festivals and events. Ky's love for food truly drives Flying Fillet.
